Box breathing is short and useful for acute moments. Wim Hof is intense and time-limited. SKY is daily, gradual, and studied for sustained nervous-system change.
How long does it take to learn?
The Part 1 course is 3 days. After that you have the technique for life.
Do I need to be fit?
No. The breath itself is gentle — anyone who can sit comfortably can do it.
